Hi dear Simi, to freeze wild garlic pesto you can do like with any other pesto, that is: just to leave the cheese out. You can add it once you have thawed the pesto, before you need to use it. Reply
Thank you Ottavia that’s great to know. I thought I’d freeze them in muffin tin rather than ice cube tray then pop them out and put them in a bag. Reply
