Since 2010, Simi’s Kitchen has been providing a range of customised cookery classes celebrating the food of the Middle East.  In season she uses herbs, fruit and vegetables from her organic allotment. Alongside teaching and catering I’m currently writing a book on Fermented Dairy of Central Asia to be published in 2025 by Equinox Publishing.
